I currently rent (I've rented 10+ properties across 4 states) and self-manage my own investment properties, so I'm living on both sides of the lease. That dual perspective makes me a better renter and a better landlord, and I'm passionate about this relationship that everyone assumes has to be adversarial but actually doesn't.
My background spans tech and real estate, and honestly, every "detour" was preparation for this life I'm living now. Outside of Clara, I'm happiest with my headphones on or at a concert 🎶 (blame my parents, they named me after James Taylor and handed me a violin at age 3).
